This year, Christmas advent sermons
by Pastor George Gnade dwell from the book
of Prophet Micah. We learn about the little town
of Bethehem where Christ would be born.
The coming of the Shepherd of the sheep.
The mountain top experiences of
the prediction of the "Prince of Peace".
The wise men of the east must have consulted
the books of Micah and Isaiah and when they saw
the star, travelled to worship him at his birth.
The Angels sang to the Shepherds in the field
"Glory to God in the highest and on earth,
Peace and Goodwill towards all men".
As we prepare ours hearts and mind
and celebrate the birth of Christ,
may each of you receive the Peace and Joy
only Christ can give in the midst of all
turmoils, conflicts, chaos, wars and danger of
climate catastrophe.
Let the birth of Christ bring
Joy and Peace and hope within you
and transcend around you through
the rememberance of His birth and Grace.
